Returns & refunds

Every Newteam FC item is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

Damaged, defective or misprinted? We'll make it right. Email goal@newteamfc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Wrong or incomplete address: orders returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
